Training on Individual Care Planning (ICP)

A one-day training on Individual Care Planning (ICP) was organized by the Chennai District Child Protection Unit (DCPU) in collaboration with The Miracle Foundation India. Two staff members from Marialaya participated in the program, which was facilitated by Ms. Laura, Mr. Benin, and Mrs. Suganya from the Miracle Foundation India.

The training focused on the importance of ICP in supporting the holistic development and well-being of children. Sessions included assessing children’s needs, planning individualized care, and designing effective interventions. Emphasis was placed on collaboration, systematic documentation, and sustained follow-up to ensure every child receives personalized and meaningful support.
