World Mosquito day

A health awareness session was conducted for 37 children in Marialaya to educate them about mosquito-borne diseases. Mrs. Dhanashree, a dedicated nurse, led the session as the resource person. She highlighted the dangers of illnesses like malaria and dengue, their symptoms, and the importance of early treatment. Emphasis was placed on preventive measures such as avoiding stagnant water, maintaining cleanliness, and using mosquito nets and repellents. Mrs. Dhanashree encouraged the children to practice personal hygiene and keep their surroundings clean to reduce breeding grounds for mosquitoes. The children actively participated, asked questions, and shared their experiences. The program concluded with the children expressing their understanding of how to protect themselves from mosquito-related diseases.
