Training on Strengthening Child Protection Through Homelink DIGI

The Homelink DIGI training was organized by Fr. Joe Prabhu and his team with the objective of enhancing technical knowledge and strengthening data-driven child protection interventions. Three staff members from Marialaya actively participated in the two-day training programme.

The sessions offered a comprehensive introduction to Homelink DIGI, its applications, and the critical importance of data protection, with a strong emphasis on confidentiality and ethical information management. Participants were also trained to use Power BI integrated with Homelink DIGI to generate reports, monitor interventions, track follow-up actions, and manage cases effectively, thereby strengthening advocacy and decision-making processes.

In addition to the learning sessions, the Marialaya team demonstrated excellent understanding and teamwork by securing first place in the quiz sessions on both days, reflecting their commitment and strong grasp of the concepts covered. Overall, the training was highly informative, practical, and motivating for all participants.
