Organ donation and Lung cancer awareness

A health awareness program was conducted for 300 students to promote understanding of organ donation and lung cancer. Mrs. Reena, Health Inspector, and Mr. Prabakar, Social Worker from the Corporation Office, served as resource persons. They emphasized the significance of organ donation in saving lives and highlighted the importance of early detection and prevention of lung cancer. Through engaging discussions, students learned about healthy lifestyle choices and the harmful effects of tobacco use. The interactive session inspired students to become health ambassadors by spreading awareness within their families and communities. The program successfully encouraged informed decision-making, compassion, and a proactive approach to personal and public health.
